Easy Halloween Bat Craft for Kids π¦π Fun Toddler & Preschool Craft Idea
Little Halloween Bats: ππ€
The two littles have been buzzing with excitement for Halloween this week, and we decided to dive into a little crafty fun: making Halloween bats! π¦π»π¨
I had the activity preppedβ-with precut out wings, ears, and bodies. The goal? Let the kids follow directions, glue the pieces together, ποΈβοΈ and create their very own spooky little friends. It was simple, hands-on, and perfect for keeping their attention without a screen in sight.
Once their bats were assembled, the littles got to add the best part: googly eyes! Thereβs just something magical about those wobbly eyes staring back at you. To finish, they grabbed a white crayon (or white colored pencil) and drew spooky little mouths on their bats. ππSome grins were scary, some were silly, straight-up adorable.π₯°
I love crafts like this because theyβre easy,β they let the kids be creative, and honestlyβ¦ the mess is totally manageable. Plus, itβs another memory of Halloween weβll all remember: little hands gluing wings, ears flying everywhere, and lots of giggles filling the kitchen.ππ‘
If you want a simple, fun, kid-friendly Halloween craft that wonβt take all day or require a ton of supplies, this is it. Bonus points if you save the bats to hang around the houseβthey make for a cute, homemade Halloween vibe! Just take a hole puncher and string in some black yarn! ππ»ποΈMy kiddos grabbed tumb tacks and suck it in our wall before the string was even tied!
